| Tosca Mining Corporation (TSQ.V; US: TSMNF; FSE:TQ4) announces it has filed a form NI 43-101 for its Red Hills, Texas copper-moly project on SEDAR and also filed the document on the OTC-QX website. The June 10, 2011 Report was prepared by Mine Development Associates of Reno, Nevada. In addition, the Company announces that it has elected not to proceed with its option to acquire the Secret Pass project in Mohave County, Arizona.
